Day of Week in Excel

Sometimes we need to know the Day Of Week (DOW) of 12-July-2008 which after we check at the calendar, 12-July-2008 is Saturday.

Here is how to do it :
=CHOOSE(WEEKDAY(A1),"Sunday","Monday","Tuesday","Wednesday","Thursday","Friday","Saturday")

or in Bahasa :
=CHOOSE(WEEKDAY(A1),"Minggu","Senin","Selasa","Rabu","Kamis","Jumat","Sabtu")


And don't forget to change the A1 with the cell contain the source date you want to know the DOW.
